Andy Jones
Andy is the Founder and CEO of Roundtree, a marketing agency that help businesses create and manage strategies for the digital age. Previously, he served as the Director of Development and Marketing at the Chalmers Center for Economic Development where he developed and sustained vital partnerships with individuals, churches, and foundations. He is an ordained minister and previously served as the Senior Minister of Peace Presbyterian Church in Cary, North Carolina. He and his family make their home outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee where they are active members of Rock Creek Fellowship (PCA)

Jennifer Haynie
Serving as Board Chair, Jennifer has a varied background both in the technical and creative arenas. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in physics and a master’s degree in environmental management, she has spent the past 20 years in the environmental field with the past ten years working for the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Infrastructure. Additionally, she has indie-published five suspense novels with plans for more in the works. A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Jennifer now resides in Cary with her husband, Steve, and their two Basenji dogs, Bonnie and Wallace.

Charles Hawkes
Charles has worked in the Power Management and Semiconductor Industries for 24 years and holds 15 patents awarded or pending. A graduate of Duke University with BSEE and MSEE degrees, he is currently a Section Leader and Senior Design Engineer for Linear Technology Corporation, which is a member of the S&P 500 and leading manufacturer of high performance analog integrated circuits. Charles serves as an elder in the Presbyterian Church in America and lives in Cary, NC along with his wife Lynne and their four children.

Craig Stephenson
Craig is Vice President of Cary Oil Co., Inc., a leading wholesale petroleum distributor serving the south and central US. Craig also serves as director of the company’s charitable private foundation. He has served on boards of numerous non-profit organizations and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Covenant Theological Seminary, St. Louis, MO. He also serves as an elder in the Presbyterian Church of America. He is married and lives with his Christine and their two children in Morrisville, NC. He is a licensed CPA.

Lynne Hawkes
Lynne, wife of Charles Hawkes and mother of four children lives with her family in Cary, NC. After earning a BS in Environment Science from Allegheny College and a Masters of Environmental Management in Wetland Resource Management from Duke University, Lynne has worked in academic, private and public sectors teaching and developing environmental policy solutions specifically focused on water quality, health and sanitation. Lynne Served on the Alumni Board for the Nicholas School of the Environment of Duke University for ten years and continues to serve on the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee.

Kate Mitchell
Kate, wife of Jonathan Mitchell and mother of three children, is from Birmingham England. She has a Masters in Education from The College of New Jersey and has taught extensively in the UK as well as in the British and International schools in Islamabad, Pakistan. She also helped manage a homeschooling cooperative in Gilgit in Pakistan’s far north for six years. In 1989 to 1990 she managed an extensive monitoring network for Mercy Corps’ cross-border aid program for southern Afghanistan, working closely with the former mayor of Kandahar. Kate currently lives in Cary North Carolina where she works as a fitness coach.
